Welcome to BRIGEsuite, a marketing and business automation platform provided by BRIGE LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using our website, software, or services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and A2P 10DLC regulations for SMS communications.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any violation of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security issues.

4. Messaging and Communication Policy

Our Services may include tools for sending SMS, email, and voice communications to your contacts.

By using these tools, you agree to comply with all applicable messaging laws, including but not limited to:

Obtaining express written consent before sending marketing messages.

Including “STOP” and “HELP” keywords in SMS messages.

Maintaining accurate opt-in and opt-out records.

You are solely responsible for the content and legality of your communications. BRIGEsuite provides the platform but does not control, monitor, or endorse message content.

5. Payment and Billing

All subscriptions and fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or specifically stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials within BRIGEsuite are owned by BRIGE LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the platform.

You retain ownership of your own content, leads, and communications uploaded or created through the system.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using BRIGEsuite, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of data as described in our policy.

8. SMS Consent and A2P Compliance

If you use BRIGEsuite to send SMS or MMS messages, you agree to:

Only message recipients who have given explicit opt-in consent.

Provide an opt-out option (“Reply STOP to unsubscribe”).

Identify your business clearly in each message.

Failure to comply with A2P 10DLC rules may result in message blocking, carrier penalties, or account suspension.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or specific results from using the Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRIGE LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.
You may terminate your subscription at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
